No Bake Mini Cheesecake Pies Recipe Jayne1024 / All my dishes

An awesome dessert. Very easy and nice to bring to parties.

Ingredients
  • 12 mini pie crusts
  • 2 pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pint whipping cream

Directions
  1. In a large bowl mix cream cheese and condensed milk on medium until completely mixed. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix whipping cream on high until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add spoonfuls of mixture to pie crusts and let set in fridge for about 1 hour.
