Maw-maws Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2 Cups Self-Rising Flour

1 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 Cup Butter, softened

3 Medium Bananas, mashed

1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease 9X5X3" loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour, continuing to beat well. Beat in bananas, untill just combined. Fold in walnuts.

Pour mixture into loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 70 to 80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes, invert on wire rack and cool for additional 20 minutes before serving.
