Salmon Swirls In Endive Recipe

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese

1/4 pound smoked salmon

2tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

salt

1 tbsp minced chives

5 heads Belgian endive

snipped chives, for garnish

Directions

In food processor combine all ingredients except chives and endive. Process until smooth. Stir in chives.(can make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours).

Pipe or spoon a heaping teaspoon pate' into ends of endive leaves.

Garnish with additional chives
