How to make it

  • In food processor combine all ingredients except chives and endive. Process until smooth. Stir in chives.(can make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours).
  • Pipe or spoon a heaping teaspoon pate' into ends of endive leaves.
  • Garnish with additional chives
