Grilled Cedar Planked Salmon Recipe
Moist, smoky to die for flavor! The first time we made this we used 3 varieties of salmon....they were all awesome.

Ingredients
  • 1 untreated cedar plank (14x7x1 in.)
  • ½ C Kraft “Special Collection” Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
  • ¼ C finely chopped parsley
  • ¼ C finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1Tbl oil
  • 1 2 lb salmon fillet, skinned

Directions
  1. Immerse plank in water; placing a weight on top to keep submerged
  2. Soak at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight
  3. Preheat grill to medium high
  4. Mix dressing, parsley and tomatoes; set aside
  5. Brush top of plank with oil; top with salmon that's been cut in half
  6. Place on grill; close cover and grill 10 minutes
  7. Brush with dressing mixture and grill another 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily
  8. 8 servings, adjust salmon portions to your liking
