Grilled Cedar Planked Salmon

- 1 untreated cedar plank (14x7x1 in.) shopping list
- ½ C Kraft “Special Collection” Sun Dried Tomato vinaigrette shopping list
- ¼ C finely chopped parsley shopping list
- ¼ C finely chopped sun dried tomatoes shopping list
- 1Tbl oil shopping list
- 1 2 lb salmon fillet, skinned shopping list
How to make it
- Immerse plank in water; placing a weight on top to keep submerged
- Soak at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight
- Preheat grill to medium high
- Mix dressing, parsley and tomatoes; set aside
- Brush top of plank with oil; top with salmon that's been cut in half
- Place on grill; close cover and grill 10 minutes
- Brush with dressing mixture and grill another 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily
- 8 servings, adjust salmon portions to your liking
