How to make it

  • Immerse plank in water; placing a weight on top to keep submerged
  • Soak at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight
  • Preheat grill to medium high
  • Mix dressing, parsley and tomatoes; set aside
  • Brush top of plank with oil; top with salmon that's been cut in half
  • Place on grill; close cover and grill 10 minutes
  • Brush with dressing mixture and grill another 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily
  • 8 servings, adjust salmon portions to your liking
