How to make it

  • Place all fruits and their juices into a large pot over medium-low heat. Stir to mix well.
  • Cook, uncovered, about 2 hours or until fruits have gone completely mushy. Stir once about every half hour, breaking up the fruits.
  • Using an immersion blender, puree mixture until smooth. Alternatively, transfer batches to a blender or food processor and liquefy until creamy.
  • Store in a tight-lidded jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
