Spicy Sugar Cookies

This is a very good chewy cookie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shortening shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 4 tbsp milk shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 5 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3 tsp soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- cream shortening and sugar
- blend in eggs, honey, milk, vanilla.
- add dry ingredients
- beating well. chill for one hour.
- form into small balls.
- dip one side in sugar
- place on greased cookie sheet, sugar side up
- bake 3375 for 8-10 minutes
- let stand briefly before removing from sheet.
