Sweet Potato Pineapple Bake Recipe

How to make it

  • cut potatoes into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  • add remaining ingredients (except marshmallows), toss to mix
  • lightly oil a deep dish pie pan and place potato mixture in pan. top with marshmallows.
  • bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until mixture bubbles at the edges and the top is browned.
