Spinach Artichoke Dip

- 2 packages of frozen spinach shopping list
- 6-7 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 cup Italian cheeses (romano, a pizza blend, parmesan, anything will work) shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry parmesan shopping list
- 2 bars of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can artichokes drained and chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayo shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- First run hot water over the spinach in a colander until it is defrosted
- Then squeeze it to get the water out.
- In an oven safe bowl or glass casserole dish microwave the cream cheese for a couple minutes to make soft
- Then stir together garlic, mayo, artichokes, cheese and dry parmesan (add more mayo if it is too thick)
- Add the spinach and artichokes and mix well
- Sprinkle some remaining cheese on top
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
- Serve with toasted rye bread or tostitos
