Tuna Patties

- Large tin of tuna strained shopping list
- 6-8 good sized potatoes shopping list
- 1 onion finely diced shopping list
- 2 egg Breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic shopping list
- a pinch of salt and pepper shopping list
- Optional finely diced chilli and a handful of corriander shopping list
How to make it
- Boiled until just tender then drain, when cool combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the breadcrumbs (Add a sprinkling of breadcrumbs to help bind mixture) Wet hands and shape mixture into small patties and then lightly coat in the fresh breadcrumbs. In a heavy based frypan heat a smeared with oil, add the patties and fry until golden on both sides. Garnish with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top. Serve with veg or salad they are great hot or cold. Watch them magically disappear
