How to make it
- cream shorteing and sugar in bowl.
- beat in egg, molasses and vinegar.
- mix dry ingredients together and add to molasses mixture
- blend well...........refrigerate for 3 hours
- roll dough out and cut into gingerbread men/women
- bake 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes
