Guacamole Dip

- 2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled and mashed shopping list
- 1 med tomato, peeled and finely chopped shopping list
- 1 t onion salt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1 T lemon juice shopping list
- 2 T vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 t oil shopping list
- curly leaf lettuce shopping list
- tomato wedges shopping list
- Tostito chip or make your own shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Cover, and chill thoroughly.
- Use a round plate to arrange on lettuce leaves, and garnish with tomato wedges.
- Serve with tosito chips.
- About 2 1/2 cups.
- Note: To make your own chips
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- salt
- Take a stack of 6 tortillas and cut into 4 pieces.
- Fry in hot oil in a large skillet until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt while hot.
