How to make it

  • Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Cover, and chill thoroughly.
  • Use a round plate to arrange on lettuce leaves, and garnish with tomato wedges.
  • Serve with tosito chips.
  • About 2 1/2 cups.
  • Note: To make your own chips
  • 1 dozen corn tortillas
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • Take a stack of 6 tortillas and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Fry in hot oil in a large skillet until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt while hot.

    Hey there this sounds great! I don't use Avocado's for much of anything but I've been looking for a good guacamole dip. How do you know if the Avocado is good and ripe?
