Angies Chicken And Dumplings Recipe
A simple, short-cut chicken and dumpling recipe. Great for picky eaters and people short on time!

Ingredients
  • 2 large cans white chicken chunks
  • 1 small can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box frozen dumplings
  • Approx 75 oz. chicken broth
  • 4 chicken boullion cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix broth, soup, boullion, salt and pepper in a large pot with a lid.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often to combine soup and boullion cubes.
  3. Add dumplings 2-3 at a time, stir, and allow to come back to a boil after each addition.
  4. Add cans of chicken.
  5. Boil at a low boil around 10 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Turn off burner, keep lid on, and let sit 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often to make sure they aren't sticking.

Will have to try this one! Never used the frozen dumplings before...


I'll have to see if our store's carry the frozen dumplings, this sounds really good!


It sound quick & easy but didnt even know there was such a thing as frozen dumplings.. will have to find them & fix this yummy dinner
