Ingredients

Chicken or Pork Marinade #2

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 clove garlic, pressed or minced

1/4 brown sugar

1 tsp ginger (optional)

Directions

Mix well, marinade for 24 hours, season well, grill!

I have made this marinade tonight. The only difference is that I added some lime juice because I didnt have enough lemon. Also I added 1 little envelope of Stevia powder to supplement the Brown sugar. It looks really good Thanks for the posting
