Tater Tot Casserole

A recipe I tweaked from high school foods and nutrition class. There we used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken, and added a can of veggies before the layer of cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck or low-fat ground beef shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (can be low-fat) shopping list
- 2-3 cups cheddar cheese (to your liking) - can be low-fat shopping list
- tater tots to cover top shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Press meat in bottom of glass casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover with cheese.
- Spread soup over cheese.
- Top with the tater tots.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
- Let sit for approx. 10 minutes before cutting.
