How to make it

  • Sprinkle nuts on cookie sheet.
  • Add all other ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly.
  • When mixtures starts to turn caramel color pour over nuts.
  • Allow to cool then break into pieces.

    I always loved them!they r quite famous with d kids here in India,its called 'Chikky' here!,pecans aren't easily avialable,so v use almonds cashews,but d most common r peanut 'chikkies',they r also made using jaggery!,ok now i think i'm talking too much!lol!,i get too xcited when i'm talking about India!
