Savoury Crock Pot Pepper Steak

- 2lbs round steak cut in 1"strips shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes undrained shopping list
- onion shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- flour shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2tsp worchistire sauce shopping list
- ttbsp soy shopping list
- 1tbsp beef flavour base shopping list
- red and green peppers shopping list
- 2 cups hot rice shopping list
How to make it
- 2lbs beef round steak 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8tsp pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small clove garlic both minced/chopped
- 2 large bell red/green peppers
- seeded and cut to stips
- 1 can whole tomatoes undrained
- 1 tblsp beef flavour base
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 2tsp worchistire sauce
- serve on hot cooked rice
- cut steak into strips. combine flour salt and pepper and toss steak to coat well and put in crock pot
- put onion, garlic and half of the peppers on and stir
- combine tomatoes with beef base , soy and worcheshire and pour on
- cook on low for 8-10 hours
- one hour before serving turn on HIGH and stir in rest of peppers.
- If want a thick gravy, make a smooth past of 3 tbsp flour and 3tbsp water, stir in crock, cook and cover till thick
