How to make it

  • Place beef and Chorizo in Slow cooker. Break up with fork to form small chunks.
  • Stir in beans and tomatoes. Cover cook on low for 7 hours.
  • Skim off and discard excess fat before serving
  • before serving top with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheese
