- 1/2 pound dry sea scallops chopped shopping list
- 1/2 pound shelled fresh crab meat shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sliced chives shopping list
- 1 tablespoon diced red pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black white pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in order then shape into cake and sauté in hot canola oil until golden on both sides.
- Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.
