ALL MIXED UP SALSA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996.

Ingredients
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 8 red ripe tomatoes
  • 3 jalapenos minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions
  1. Dice onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro as small as possible.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
