Ingredients

1 white onion chopped

8 red ripe tomatoes

3 jalapenos minced

1 teaspoon fresh cilantro chopped

1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

Dice onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro as small as possible.

Combine remaining ingredients and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
