ALL MIXED UP SALSA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996.
Ingredients
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 8 red ripe tomatoes shopping list
- 3 jalapenos minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Dice onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro as small as possible.
- Combine remaining ingredients and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
