Ingredients
  • Brownies:
  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped rougly
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c rice flour
  • Cheesecake top:
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla

Directions
  1. Melt chocolate and butter, either in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  2. Add sugar, then eggs and vanilla, then flour.
  3. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Mix all ingredients together, spread over the top of the brownies.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (or more) until no longer jiggley and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. cool.
