How to make it

  • heat oven to 400 degrees
  • grease 12 muffin cups
  • combine flour, sugar, powder in large bowl. cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • combine egg, milk and vanilla in small bowl. stir into flour fixture until just blended.
  • stir broken cookies into batter.
  • spoon into muffin cups
  • bake 12 minutes or until done
