Ingredients
  • 2 8oz. pkgs cream cheese
  • 2 cans RoTel tomatoes
  • 1/2lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2lb. lean pork sausage
  • (1 lb. of ground beef or 1 lb. of sausage can be used instead)
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 small onion chopped fine

Directions
  1. Brown meat in skillet. Drain well. Return to skillet; add cream cheese, garlic,onion and RoTel tomatoes. Heat until bubbly.
  2. Great dip for white or yellow corn nacho chips.
