Weasel Dip

Try this and you will want to always make it. Great for any get together
Ingredients
- 2 8oz. pkgs cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2lb. lean pork sausage shopping list
- (1 lb. of ground beef or 1 lb. of sausage can be used instead) shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped fine shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat in skillet. Drain well. Return to skillet; add cream cheese, garlic,onion and RoTel tomatoes. Heat until bubbly.
- Great dip for white or yellow corn nacho chips.
