How to make it

  • In an 8 quart dutch oven or saucepan add butter over medium heat
  • Add celery and onion and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often
  • Then add parsley, salt, seasoning and pepper
  • Mix well
  • Remove from heat and add bread and eggs
  • Mix well
  • Makes about 10 cups stuffing for a 12 to 14 pound bird
