I got this recipe from my friend Johnny who served these at a couples wedding shower last Saturday. These were a huge hit and devoured by all. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pound stew beef
  • 1 pound boneless pork
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Flour to dredge

Directions
  1. Mix egg and milk together and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 325.
  3. Alternate meats on skewers then dredge in egg mixture then in flour.
  4. Put into a baking dish that has been sprayed generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle spices on top then bake at 325 for 3 hours.
