    Sounds great! I love the combination of beef, squash, and turnips. I think rhutabaga might be good also. Thanks for posting!

    Hmm, it sounds really good! I think I'll try this and to reduce the carb count further, I'll leave out the peas and add more green beans and reduce the barley to 1/4 cup, perhaps adding 1/4 cup wild rice (smaller impact on my BG), also. I'll have to try this soon, when we have cold weather coming. Thanks!
