Loaded au Gratin Potatoes

- 1 box (4.9 oz) au gratin potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup half-and-half shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (4 oz) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375°F. In 2-quart casserole, mix potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, half-and-half and butter. Stir in remaining potato ingredients.
- Bake uncovered 25 minutes. In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 8 minutes longer or until topping is golden. Sprinkle with parsley.
