- 1 cup toasted buckwheat groats (kasha) shopping list
- 1 cup mixed raisins and chopped dates shopping list
- 4 cups grape juice shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon salt shopping list
- ½ cup soybean flour shopping list
- ½ cup brown rice flour shopping list
- ½ cup whole-wheat pastry flour shopping list
- 1 cup rolled oats shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Bring the buckwheat groats, dried fruit and juice to a boil.
- Add salt reduce the heat and cover the pan.
