Traditional Pie Crust

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 2/3 cups shortening (i.e. Crisco) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend flour, salt and shortening with a pastry cutter or whisk
- Add water and mix with a fork
- Roll on flowered surface
- Fold in fourths and place in pie pan
- Flute edges' prick bottom and sides with a fork
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
