Pumpkin Pie Recipe
This was a recipe that was given to me by my ex-mother in law. A couple of her recipes are about the only good things I got from her!

Ingredients
  • NOTE THE MEASUREMENTS SHOWN BELOW ARE FOR A TOTAL QUANTITY OF2-3 PIES... REDUCE ACCORDINGLY BASED ON YOUR NEEDS.
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 - teaspoons of pumpkin spice
  • 1- 29 ounce can of pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2-1/2 cups of milk

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Beat eggs until fluffy
  3. Add rest of ingredients and mix well
  4. Pour in to 2-3 pie shells - http://www.grouprecipes.com/26624/traditional-pie-crust.html
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and back for an additional 40 minutes or until golden brown
