How to make it
- Blend all ingredients completely
- Put a pinch on a small plate, add some fine E.V.O.O.
- Use a small piece of crusty Italian bread to blend herbs and oil
- Taste bread, adjust the seasonings to your personal taste
- To serve, start with a pinch or two on a plate, add the oil and blend herbs when dipping with bread
- Add additional oil until herbs on plate are used up
- Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.
