How to make it

  • Blend all ingredients completely
  • Put a pinch on a small plate, add some fine E.V.O.O.
  • Use a small piece of crusty Italian bread to blend herbs and oil
  • Taste bread, adjust the seasonings to your personal taste
  • To serve, start with a pinch or two on a plate, add the oil and blend herbs when dipping with bread
  • Add additional oil until herbs on plate are used up
  • Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.
