How to make it

  • Saute onion, celery and garlic in 2 t. butter,
  • In small frying pan, cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side in butter
  • cook potatoes, carrots, broccoli and add to onion mixture, along with chicken broth and half and half.
  • Add seasonings
  • Heat until very hot but do not allow to boil.
  • Add salmon pieces
  • sprinkle top with parsley
  • Let stand until salmon is warmed through
