Salmon Chowder

- 7 3/4 oz. salmon, cooked shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped celery shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 t. butter shopping list
- 2 c. chicken broth shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 1/2 t. thyme shopping list
- 1/4 t. pepper shopping list
- 1 c. diced potatoes, cooked shopping list
- 1 c. diced carrots, cooked shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped broccoli, cooked shopping list
- 13 oz. half and half shopping list
- minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion, celery and garlic in 2 t. butter,
- In small frying pan, cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side in butter
- cook potatoes, carrots, broccoli and add to onion mixture, along with chicken broth and half and half.
- Add seasonings
- Heat until very hot but do not allow to boil.
- Add salmon pieces
- sprinkle top with parsley
- Let stand until salmon is warmed through
