Pork Stroganoff-Crock Pot Cookin Recipe
A delicious dish with the wonderful taste of tender pork, cheese and egg noodles. Great served with green beans or a nice simple green salad.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 boneless pork tenderloin chops, trimmed of any visible fat
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles, cooked

Directions
  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
  2. Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot
  3. Top chops with the condensed soup, thyme, and basil
  4. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours
  5. Remove pork chops and shred, set aside
  6. In crockpot add cheese. Stir until melted.
  7. Add in milk and stir until smooth and gravy consistency.
  8. Stir back in the shredded pork.
  9. While shredded pork and sauce is warming in crockpot cook a bag of egg noodles according to directions on the bag.
  10. When noodles are done, drain and stir in to the pork mixture.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
