This is a very pretty and very impressive dessert sure to please all. It is like a cheesecake in a glass. Very creamy and very delicious. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
  • 3-1/2 ounce can coconut

Directions
  1. Combine vanilla pudding, sour cream and cream cheese then whip until smooth.
  2. Slowly add sugars and extracts.
  3. Spoon mixture into 8 glasses until half full.
  4. Spoon a layer of cherry pie filling on top.
  5. Reserve 8 cherries for garnish.
  6. Spoon remaining vanilla pudding on top of cherry filling in each glass.
  7. Garnish with coconut and cherries.
