How to make it
- Heat the butter and vinegar together over low heat, add sugar and wochestershire sauce.
- Reduce to nearly syrup consistency.
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Cut the avocados in half, do not peel, but remove the pit.
- Drizzle the syrup over the avocados.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
- Serve, scoop and eat.
