How to make it

  • Reduce to nearly syrup consistency.
  • Cook bacon until crispy.
  • Cut the avocados in half, do not peel, but remove the pit.
  • Drizzle the syrup over the avocados.
  • Top with crumbled bacon.
  • Serve, scoop and eat.
