This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996.

Ingredients
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can kidney beans drained
  • 1 can lima beans drained
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1/2 pound raw bacon chopped
  • 3/4 cup jalapeno ketchup
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Brown sirloin then drain well and stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  2. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
