Ingredients
  • 3-4 fresh carrots- chopped
  • Cucumber (chopped approx 4 x 1 inch slices)
  • 1 apple (quartered & core removed)
  • 1/4 c cashew nuts
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup fruit juice (grape/apple/pear/cherry etc)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt-optional
  • 3 tbs plain yogurt

Directions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender. Blend a while until smooth.
