This is a dessert that puts the "Yum" in yummy!! Goes great for a crowd, or to save for yourself!

Ingredients
  • 2 c. quick oats
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 bag choc. chips (I use semi-sweet)
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. carmel ice cream topping
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350* degrees.
  2. In bowl, mix 1 1/2 c. flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking soda,
  3. Add butter, mix until crumbly.
  4. Reserve 3/4 cup.
  5. Press crumbs in bottom of pan.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. Combine topping and 1/4 c. flour, whisk together til smooth.
  8. Drizzle to edges (of oat mixture, after baked)
  9. Combine pecans and reserved crumb mix.
  10. Spread crumbs and chocolate chips over mixture.
  11. Baker 13-18 min. or until bubble and golden brown.
  12. Tastes best when warm!!
