What a great dish to have for guests or a hearty meal before a killer ski day! The combination of flavors is wonderful! Serve with scrambled eggs.

Ingredients
  • 1 package (12 ounces) pork sausage links
  • 5 medium apples, peeled and quartered
  • 3tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions
  1. In a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat, cook sausges for 10 min, turning coocasionally;drain.
  2. Add apple wedges.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 min or until apples are tender and sausages are fully cooked.
  5. Serve with scrambled eggs.
