VERY easy version of an old favorite.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can [condensed] Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground Black Pepper
  • 1 - 10 inch (burrito-size) Flour Tortilla
  • Optional:
  • 1 cup cubed cooked Chicken OR Turkey
  • -OR- 1 - 3 oz. pouch of Tyson or Sweet Sue Chicken Chunks.

Directions
  1. - Slice tortilla 3/8 to 1/2" and into x 2 to 3" pieces.
  2. - Mix all ingredients in sauce pan.
  3. - Bring to a simmer and then cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
