Cowboy Coffee Cake

This is my husband's favorite coffee cake. When I tell him I made a coffee cake, he asks me if it is his favorite one.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2/3 cup shortening shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 cup sour milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- mix flour, sugar, salt and shortening until crumbly.
- add powder, soda, and spices
- mix well
- add milk and eggs
- pour into greased, floured 9 x 13 pan
- bake 375 degree bake 35-45 min
