How to make it

  • Prepare rice-a-roni according to package directions;
  • Boil or steam shrimp;
  • Add onions, green peppers, artichokes, olives, and mushrooms to cooled rice-a-roni;
  • Fold in chunked shrimp;
  • Add mayo, curry powder and reserved juice, and blend well;
  • Chill before serving.

    I've never made or tasted rice a roni, but there is always a first time. Love to have something new. Sounds mighty interesting.
