Cheesy Squash Casserole

- 4 cups cooked squash shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 2/3 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix shopping list
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup stuffing shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook squash in salted water until tender then drain well.
- Stir in milk and soup.
- Blend in egg and add onion, stuffing and cheese then spoon in a buttered baking dish.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
