My take on an old recipe. Easy to make and sure to please.

Recent Gawkers
- 1/2 pound of Lean Ground Beef
- 1 can of Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup of Shredded Cheese
- 6 servings of Instant Mashed Potatoes (prepared)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown beef in skillet; drain.
- Warm vegetables on stove top or in microwave.
- Make mashed potatoes as instructed.
- In casserole dish, layer beef, veggies, potatoes and top with cheese.
- Bake until cheese is well melted.
- Serve warm.

We used to make this with tater tots. A zillion years ago when the kids were little and tater tots were fairly new. We'd thaw them, pour them on top and sort of smash them down into one big tater lot.
