How to make it

  • coat fish with flour and fry until both sides are golden brown
  • with a little oil saute garlic and ginger until fragant
  • add sugar until caramelize add soy sauce until fragant add water
  • chilli, soy sauce, spring onion, salt and pepper
  • cook until sauce is absorbed, taste, serve
