Ingredients
  • 1 white flesh fish
  • 2 tbs of flour
  • 2 garlic, bruised
  • a lilltle piece of ginger, bruised
  • 2 chilli pepper
  • 1 scallion/spring onion, cut into 10 cms lenght
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tbs of sugar
  • 3 tbs of water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. coat fish with flour and fry until both sides are golden brown
  2. with a little oil saute garlic and ginger until fragant
  3. add sugar until caramelize add soy sauce until fragant add water
  4. chilli, soy sauce, spring onion, salt and pepper
  5. cook until sauce is absorbed, taste, serve
