  • In a bowl whisk all Thai salad ingredients except the cucumber. Then add cucumber,let stand for 15 mins. Brush Salmon with oil and season to taste;pan fry or bbq for 3 to 4mins each side over med. heat. Serve with salad spooned over the fish
