Blackberry Peach Cooler Recipe
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Malik Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 12 ounce can peach nectar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 ounces crushed ice
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water

Directions
  1. Crush and puree berries and strain through a fine sieve to yield 1 cup puree.
  2. Combine puree with remaining ingredients then stir well.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses.
