Brave Chocolate Rum Mousse

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons rum shopping list
- 1/4 pound semisweet chocolate melted over double boiler shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 2 cups whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar and rum then stir into melted chocolate until smooth.
- When mixture is cool but not chilled fold into it stiffly beaten egg whites then gently fold in whipped cream.
- Chill in sherbet glasses at least 2 hours before serving.
