Brave Chocolate Rum Mousse Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine sugar and rum then stir into melted chocolate until smooth.
  • When mixture is cool but not chilled fold into it stiffly beaten egg whites then gently fold in whipped cream.
  • Chill in sherbet glasses at least 2 hours before serving.
