How to make it

  • In large bowl combine turkey, ham and cheese then set aside.
  • In a saucepan sauté onion in butter until tender then add flour and stir to form a paste.
  • Gradually add cream stirring constantly.
  • Bring to a boil until thick then add dill, mustard and nutmeg.
  • Mix well them remove from heat and pour over meat mixture.
  • Spoon into greased rectangular baking dish.
  • Toss bread crumbs, butter and dill then stir in cheese and walnuts.
  • Sprinkle over casserole and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
