Ingredients

1 cup sifted flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs well beaten

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon cooking oil

6 slices cooked bacon crumbled

2 cups whole kernel corn drained

Directions

Mix all ingredients in order listed.

Drop 1 tablespoon fritter batter into deep hot fat and cook until golden brown.

Shake off extra fat then drain on absorbent paper.
