Ingredients
  • 1 loaf cornbread ( i make from 1 boxed jiffy corn muffin )
  • 1 C toasted dhopped pecan
  • 2 T EVOO
  • 2 large chopped onion
  • 3/4 raisin
  • 1/2 C chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 C fat free chicken broth ( home made if you have)
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper

Directions
  1. Cube the cornbread, bake it until dried( stale)
  2. preheat the oven 350
  3. cooked the onion with evoo until translucent,
  4. mixed all the ingredient baked for 15 min
  5. This dish go great with Light and Tasty Thanksgiving Dinner
